Traditionally used in herbal medicine as a sleep aid (in cases of restlessness or insomnia due to mental stress).

United Kingdom approved indication as a Traditional Herbal Registration: temporary relief of mild anxiety and to aid sleep. (see THR 14369/0008).

Dry extract (5-7:1) of Passiflora incarnata L.                                            425 mg

(passionflower), equivalent to 2.125g - 2.975g aerial parts.

Extractant: ethanol 50% (V/V)

Adults, adolescents ≥ 13 years: 1 tablet, 2 times daily. PASCOFLAIR™  should be swallowed whole with sufficient liquid (preferably a glass of water), and the doses should be spread evenly throughout the day.

Contraindicated for patients who are hypersensitive to the active substance or to any of the excipients, patients with a rare hereditary condition known as fructose intolerance, glucose-galactose malabsorption or sucrase-isomaltase deficiency.

Cautions:

Consult a health care practitioner if symptoms persist or worsen, if you are pregnant or breastfeeding or if sleeplessness persists continuously for more than 3 weeks (chronic insomnia).

Consumption with alcohol, other medications or natural health products with sedative properties is not recommended.

Hypersensitivity (e.g. allergy) has been known to occur; in which case, discontinue use. Some people may experience drowsiness. Exercise caution if operating heavy machinery, driving a motor vehicle or involved in activities requiring mental alertness.
